I.R.S. Standard Mileage Rate for 2008 - 50.5 cents per mile

This is the new mileage rate beginning January 1st 2008 for miles traveled in your personal vehicle,

from shop to job, job to job, and travel outside the 40 mile arc at the request of your employer

as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

For those of you who are out of work there are travel opportunities available
